During the intervening years it has covered just 9,400 miles and remains in near perfect condition having been evidently used very sparingly and to my knowledge, never in the rain. Ownership passed to her son some three years ago, thus just two owners from new.

On file is the original Barons order form and states the Z3's price was an impressive £26,080.12...there was no discount given ! Chosen paintwork was titanium silver along with contrasting topaz blue leather seats. Other factory options included a dark blue fabric electric roof and a 5 speed automatic gearbox. Barons dealer fitted a BMW 6 disc autochanger plus security Tracker system.

The Z3 is paintwork completely unmarked, the alloys are perfect, whilst the interior looks as new. Completely on the button and serviced at Barons less than 600 miles ago, there are full compliment of green service lights (5) on the dash - they were simply in awe of its condition....lastly a new mot was issued in May which along with all the others on file verify the extraordinary low mileage.

Being the silky smooth 2.2 straight six 170 bhp engine there's plenty of lively performance on tap and is mated in my opinion to the better suited 5 speed automatic gearbox.
